• Google Analytics Google Analytics is a web analytics website offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Website. This data is shared with other Google Websites. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. My Website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. Additional Information

How I protect your data I do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. Additionally, I use Bluehost and WordPress to host my website. Your data may be stored through their data storage, databases and the general  applications. They may store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. I also use regular malware scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Industry Regulatory Disclosure Requirements

California Online Privacy Protection Act CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.
